A Super User is a colleague who is responsible for supporting members of staff with the use of our new eCARE system.
These individuals have been provided with a greater level of training so that they understand the system in more detail. Super Users are based across all departments of the hospital. For a list of Super Users at the Trust please click here.
The Super User will support colleagues within their own clinical area and will therefore have a good understanding of their local workflows. The Super User is seen as the first line of support for the end user.
