Get to know your Super User
There will be at least one Super User available in each ward and department to provide help, guidance and support over the go-live period.
As well as having additional eCARE training to provide support to colleagues, Super Users will also be supported by runners and floorwalkers, who will all be working over the go-live period to make sure colleagues have all the help they need to ensure it goes smoothly.
Admission, Discharge Transfer (ADT) Training
There have been changes to the ED transfer so you must complete this module prior to go-live.
Everyone needs to understand ADT, so if you are a bit rusty, or it’s new to you, you must complete the full module, including ED transfer.
You can find the details online and it does not take long to complete. If you need a PC don’t forget you can use the library.
